The Science of Mind-Reading

Further evidence that mind-reading may soon be possible. It would really help my research if people would read this article and then comment here about the medium-term implications of such research in terms of politics, natural rights, and law. I keep imagining Philip K. Dick's Minority Report. Is it that bad really?
